The trial period lasts for 21 days from the date of delivery.

Products should be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

 

4.Fees and Charges

If the product is not returned within the trial period, the full purchase price will be charged.

 

5.Return Process

To return the product within the trial period, customers must initiate a return request via email to the point of contact assigned.

Returns must be shipped within the date specified during delivery using the return label provided.

6.Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Ample Technologies will issue a refund, minus any handling or delivery fees (if applicable), within 7-10 business days.

Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition will be subject to partial refunds or denial of return.

A checklist will be shared, and it should be acknowledged and signed at the time of receiving the device.

 

7.Limitations

8.Liability

Ample Technologies is not responsible for any incidental damages incurred while using the product during the trial period.
