IMAGINE GIFT CARDS - INTRODUCTION

 

Twenty years after Ample launched imagine, its first Apple-exclusive retail store, it now brings the Apple experience closer to you with exclusive Gift Cards. Ideal for any occasion—festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, or as a gesture of appreciation—imagine Gift Cards are sure to delight.

 

 

ISSUANCE

Gift Cards can be purchased at any imagine by Ample store across India and online (www.imagineonline.store).

  

Gift Cards can be purchased for a minimum value of INR 1,000/- and a maximum value of INR 1,50,000/- per transaction. 

 

REDEMPTION 

  • Gift Cards can be redeemed at any imagine by Ample store across the territory of India and online (www.imagineonline.store).
  • In 1 transaction, 2 cards can be clubbed/used (both in physical imagine by Ample stores and online)

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

  • Gift Cards are issued by Ample Technologies Pvt Ltd. 

 

  • The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the product being purchased by the customer after the discount has been availed will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.

 

  • The Gift cards can be purchased online, too. However, no cashback will be applied to online purchases.

 

  • The Gift Cards can be redeemed online, too.

 

  • This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque. 

 

  • The holder of this Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary. 

 

  • This Gift card is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of issuance.  

 

  • The Gift Card cannot be revalidated once it expires. 

 

  • No reload features are available. 

 

  • Applicable on all products.  

 

  • Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall, at its sole discretion and without notice to the Consumer, alter, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The same shall be updated and displayed at https://www.imagineonline.store/. 

 

  • This Gift Card can be redeemed at any imagine by Ample store in India and online at https://www.imagineonline.store/. In 1 transaction, 2 cards can be clubbed/used (both in physical imagine by Ample stores and online)

 

  • The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash/gift card/credit notes. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance can be re-used.  

 

  • The Gift Card bought once cannot be returned/refunded. 

 

  • Ample Technologies Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to alter or suspend any Gift Card presented against a purchase if they deem, at their sole discretion, provided that the code has been forged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with. 

 

  • Ample Technologies Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue the Gift Card as a product without any prior notice. 

 

  • The Gift Card is not legal tender or a replacement for credit/debit cards.

  • Any dispute related to the Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of legal disputes, the courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
