1. How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

You can cancel the order only if the product has not been shipped yet. To do so, you'll have to visit the My Account >> My Orders section on the website.

2. How do I create a Return Request?

Unfortunately, as a policy, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please refer our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds policy page for details.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

The order status is updated automatically in My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can login to https://www.imagineonline.store to check the status anytime or you can reach us on support@imagineonline.store if you have any specific queries regarding your order.

4. How can I check if Imagine delivers to my PIN Code?

Visit our website www.imagineonline.store & click on the product you want to buy. On the Product Details Page, enter your area pin code in the Check Pincode Availability field & click on Check. You will get a message on the screen if your area pincode is servicable or not. To begin with, Imagine delivers to most pincodes in the following cities: Bangalore, Udupi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Goa and Gwalior.

5. How are orders placed on imagine delivered to me?

All orders placed on imagineonline are dispatched through our Logistics partner - Delhivery. You can also choose to get the product delivered to any Shipping Address given by you (Home Delivery) or pick it up from your nearest Imagine / iCentre store (InStore Pickup).

6. Does imagineonline deliver products outside India?

No. We only deliver orders within India, and only in the following cities where we have our stores: Bangalore, Udupi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Goa & Gwalior.

7. How can I get my order delivered faster?

All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. If, for some reason, we cannot deliver an order within the stipulated time, we'll let you know before-hand. There is no same-day shipping or 1-day shipping options available, unfortunately, although occassionally you may find the orders being delivered within 1-2 days depending on the proximity from the store.

8. What is imagineonline's Cancellation Policy?

Ample Technologies Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the shipping is not yet made for the order. The customer may however track the status of the order online.

9. What is imagineonline's Refund Policy?

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

-Cancellation of an Order before being shipped
-Cases where:
-Customer refused to collect the delivery
-Customer wasn’t available during stipulated delivery attempts made by our logistics partner
-The delivery address was wrong / unreachable

For case 2, we will process the refund after receipt of the product by Ample Technologies Private Limited. All Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order.
-Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
-Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

10. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

You'll not be able to modify the shipping address after you place an order. However, if you have entered the wrong address, you may want to cancel the order (before shipping has been done) and re-order the same. If shipping has already been done, you can send an email to support@imagineonline.store with the correct address, and we will inform the same to our logistics partner, Delhivery.

11. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds usually takes around 5 to 7 business days and depends on the bank and the payment mode used to make the payment. The refund would be made via the same channel used to make the payment.

12. How can I pay for my order at imagineonline?

We have partnered with Billdesk and Razorpay as our payment gateway providers. You can choose to pay via either of them, using a multitude of payment options including Debit Card, Credit card, NetBanking, Wallet, UPI etc.

13. Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

There is no Cash on Delivery option available. You can choose to pay using a multitude of payment options including Debit Card, Credit card, NetBanking, Wallet, UPI etc.

14. I want to know about EMI (credit card) payment option?

The EMI options are being provided by the respective banks / credit card providers, in partnership with the payment gateway. You can choose any of the options listed based on your bank / credit card provider.

15. Why is sum total of EMIs more than the order value?

The sum of all EMIs would be more than the product price since it includes bank / credit card interest charges as applicable. Please get in touch with your Bank / Credit Card Provider to learn more about their EMI schemes.

16. What happens if bank rejects EMI conversion?

You will have to work with the bank to get this checked. Unfortunately, we'll not be able to help you on this.

17. What should I do if my payment fails?

If any payment fails we'll send you an email with a Retry Payment link and you can try paying again. If the payment fails again, you can cancel the order and re-order and/or try other payment methods.

18. How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code field at the top right hand corner, above Order Summary section in Step 1 of the Checkout process.

19. Is there imagineonline App to make purchase ?

For now there is no imagineonline App to make purchase. You can purchase only through https://www.imagineonline.store

20. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

If a product selected by you is out of stock, you can choose to click on the Notify Me button in the Product Details Page and enter your email address. We'll automatically send you an email whenever the product comes back in stock.

21. Will there be any delivery charges?

There are no separate delivery charges charged to the customer. All delivery charges are borne by Imagine unless otherwise mentioned.

22. Is there any faster, same day & in-a-day delivery option available?

23. Will my shipment be safe at the pickup store?

Yes, we'll ensure that your shipment is kept securely in our store and handed over to you at a convenient time within the operating hours of the store. Please ensure that you carry an authorized ID card (Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport) to verify your Identity at the store.

24. Will I get notification for my shipment that has reached the pick-up store?

Yes, you will get an email & SMS when the shipment reaches a store and is available for pickup.

25. what happens if I am unable to pick up my shipment within 5 days from the pick-up store for some reason?

We'll get in touch with you to remind you that the shipment is waiting to be picked up. However, for some reason, if you cannot do so, please write to us on support@imagineonline.store and we'll make suitable arrangements.

26. Is there a charge for pickup of products from a pick-up store?

No. There is no extra charge for picking up a product from the store.

27. Which are the locations available for pick-up at store?

InStore pickup is only available in stores where we have stock of the selected product. We have a total of 23 stores spread across Bangalore, Udupi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Goa & Gwalior. Please ensure that you select the right store during the Checkout process.

28. Will there be a free installation or quick demo for the products I purchased, if applicable?

You are always welcome to visit the nearest Imagine or iCentre store for a free demo / walkthrough of the product you have purchased. Our store-staff would be more than happy to help you with any questions / queries you have. If for some reason, you wanted a specific query to answered / attended to, please write to us at support@imagineonline.store and we'll be glad to get it addressed by experts.

29. Within how many days I will be notified if the products is out of stock?

In most cases, you will not be able to order a product which is out of stock. However, for some high-value products we make have separate process wherein we procure the stock post an order is placed. In all such instances, we'll have a separate delivery guidelines clearly called out in the Product Details page and send you an email with details as well.

30. My order has automatically cancelled & shows out of stock, whom should I contact?

It is very rare that something like this happens - in case it does happen, do not worry, please write to us at support@imagineonline.store and we'll get it address at the earliest.

31. I was out of station & the delivery was attempted thrice, I was not able to collect, I need the product, can I get the product even after three attempts or whats the policy?

We encourage you to let us know if you'll not be available, as soon as you get an email confirming that the order has been despatched. In case Delhivery has already tried 3 times and you were not available in any of the instances, please write to us on support@imagineonline.store with all the details about your availability.
